01
Environmental accountability
We treat every ton of waste as an environmental commitment, not just a transaction.
Our mission is simple: to protect the environment and public health from the harmful impact of industrial and commercial waste — today, and for future generations.
We believe that effective waste management is not just a regulatory obligation, but a responsibility. That belief shapes everything we do — from how we design our processes to how we choose our partners.

Ecoproekt group operates through four specialized legal entities, each licensed and operating in accordance with local and European regulations:
International Structure
(01)
Germany
ECOPROEKT UG (Stuttgart) holds the Entsorgungsfachbetrieb certificate — Germany's official designation for certified waste management companies under §56 of the Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz. The entity is licensed for worldwide trading and brokerage of all waste types, both hazardous and non-hazardous.
The Efb designation means independent audits, strict compliance with the Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz, and a confirmed right to trade all waste categories globally. It's not a formality — it's a signal to counterparties that they're dealing with a serious operator.

France
Based in Nice, the French entity handles brokerage of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams across Western Europe. It operates under a formal declaration issued by the Préfecture des Alpes-Maritimes — the standard authorization for professional waste traders in France.
The declaration covers the full scope of trading activity and connects the group's European brokerage network with certified treatment partners across the region.

(03)
Czech Republic
The Czech entity does two things. It trades non-hazardous waste under issued permit , and it operates a mobile Doppstadt DW 3060 crusher, licensed to work anywhere on Czech territory.
That combination matters: trading and on-site processing under one roof, with a crushing capacity of up to 150,000 tonnes per year. The mobile format means we come to the waste — not the other way around.

Ukraine
The Ukrainian entity is the operational heart of the group. It handles what most others won't — hazardous waste collection, processing, neutralization, and destruction across 17 licensed waste categories, alongside active research into new treatment technologies.
The licence, issued by Ukraine's Ministry of Ecology, covers everything from petroleum-contaminated materials and mercury-containing waste to clinical and pharmaceutical streams. This is where the group's technical depth lives.
